Hug Kinderszenen op.15

Robert Schumann's "Children's Scenes" for piano were edited by Paul Grümmer and Willy Hahn for cello and piano in the second half of the previous century, in the tradition of the 19th century. Guido Schiefen and Markus Kreul have now released this “precious rarity” - according to the editors. The new edition is essentially based on that of Grümmer / Hahn, has been revised and supplemented with new fingering and sheet stroke suggestions. Forewords by the editor and the project manager of the Schumann network, Ingrid Bodsch, as well as an illustration from the second edition of the “Children's Scenes” (around 1890) from the Stadt Museum Bonn, round off this practical new edition.
