Focusrite Clarett+ 2Pre USB

The Clarett USB series has particularly powerful and low-noise microphone preamps (-128 dB EIN) and a particularly linear design that ensures a clean, open and transparent sound. This ensures accurate reproduction of the original performance. Clarett creates a dynamic range of 119 dB and can now be used with any Mac® or PC that supports USB 2.0 and higher. Best-in-class signal path based on decades of experience building analog circuits for 24-bit/192kHz A/D and D/A conversion.

The Clarett 2Pre USB is an audio interface with 10 inputs and 4 outputs. Two microphone/line/instrument inputs allow you to record everything from condenser microphones to particularly loud pickups without any unwanted distortion. Gain halo meters make setting the correct input level a breeze. The ADAT input gives you eight more channels when combined with multichannel mic preamps like the Clarett OctoPre. Outputs include two monitor outputs with anti-thump technology, a headphone output with volume control, and two line outputs. MIDI I/O is also included.
