Up to 24 voice polyphony. Simultaneous use of Reverb & Delay. The SLEDGE synthesizer was specially developed for synthesizer enthusiasts and musicians who place particular value on a classic control panel - combined with a typical vintage design.
The Sledge has the latest DSP modeling technology from WALDORF and produces really fat sounds: powerful synthesizer sounds, powerful basses, concise synth leads through to rich analog pads.
In addition to the analog synthesizer waveforms, the SLEDGE offers a variety of wavetables, derived from the mother of all digital synthesizers, the PPG Wave.
Three powerful oscillators and a noise generator, along with all multi-mode filters, envelope filters and modulators, form the sound basis of this new, but still classic, synthesizer. In addition, two digital effects, such as chorus, phaser, flanger, as well as a reverb and an analog-styled echo (delay) round off the sound. The SLEDGE even has a MIDI-synchronizable arpeggiator. With the easy operation of all functions and parameters via the traditional rotary knobs, switches and buttons, every synthesizer connoisseur and musician feels immediately at home.
As usual with STUDIOLOGIC, all controls are also output via MIDI. Thus, the SLEDGE is also ideal as a MIDI controller for external synthesizer sound sources.
